Student Financing

ACC provides a guaranteed tuition financing program that services the needs of our students. Every student who applies for tuition financing will be evaluated and approved for a tuition financing program. These programs feature:

Interest-financing
Direct monthly itemized statements
Tuition payments accepted via credit cards (subject to approval)
Extended payments designed to fit most budgets

Late fees may be charged for delinquent accounts. The finances of ACC will be reviewed and overseen by an licensed CPA which is presently under reviewed. ACC is an Equal Opportunity Institution of Higher Learning

Refund Policy

Fees will not be refunded
Refund on tuition, audit, or semester hour
     Prior first class                                            100%
     First week              (1^st – 7^th day)               60%
     Second week         (8^th - 14^th day)               50%

No refund after the second week or 14^th day

Refund policy (non-traditional distance learning students)

Beginning of class is calculated as being 10 days after course material is mailed, determined by postmark. Refund policy for traditional classroom students (see above) applies after this date.

Life Experience: per semester hour, undergraduate Bible Knowledge Exam If competency is demonstrated the student will not have to take the course, but tuition for the course must be paid for credit to be issued.	$20.00 $50.00

Reading Fees: Master’s Thesis Doctoral Dissertation	$100.00 $150.00
Graduation Fees: Undergraduate Level Certificate Level Includes Administrative Fees, Degree, and one (1) Unofficial Student Transcript. Rental of cap, gown, or hood is not included in graduation fees, and must be pre-paid.	$100.00 $100.00

Degree Replacement:	$100.00
